How long will it take for my items take to ship?

All purchased items will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Packages will be shipped based on paid shipping option. 

Can I return or get a refund on items I’ve purchased?

Unfortunately, at this time refunds and returns will not be accepted. We take great care in providing quality items in our shop. If an item is received damaged the item can be returned within 10 days with return shipping costs paid for by customer. Upon completion of return a store credit will be issued. All teas, digital products, clearance and sale items are NOT eligible for returns or refunds. 

How am I able to know when my package will arrive?

All packages will be shipped and a tracking number issued. Packages can be tracked via the preferred shipping method. 

How can I pay on the site?

We are proud to offer multiple ways to pay for items on our site. We accept Apple Pay, Stripe Payments, and Paypal for your convenience.
